Pre Sale Questions

It would take us 2 business days to process and ship your order, and in case of special requirements or customizations, it would take 5 business days. Orders with free international shipping may take about 15 days to get delivered.

We provide Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Net Banking Facility.

Only for Domestic orders – if you want to change/modify the shipping address (from one address to another address in India only), you can contact our customer care requesting to change/modify the shipping address and we can change it, provided the order is not in transit. For international orders, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

We value our customer’s safety and privacy to the maximum. All your transactions and payments are processed in a secure environment, complying with the industry standards.

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, akrutisarees.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.

We are based in Surat, Gujarat, India, and all products are shipped from there.
